Imho, It is obvious to anyone who has followed this soap opera, that Bapco has been a tool of Intel.
Why don't you ask some of the more moderate Intel investors about Bapco. They will say somthing "~everyone is using favorable..." a comment that acknowleges or at least doesn't deny the Bapco situation.
Don't kill the messenger because you don't like the news.
