agreed. change, if necessary, should have been done weeks if not months ago, not on the day/week investors are expecting fins.
Time will tell if it was good or bad move

I would suggest they didn't move because if price but because the old guy was part of the old company. Since Tom has been rebuilding Bravatek, why not bring in fresh blood too? New people are not a bad thing.
