Agree no doubt Bvtk is inundated with requests for help and the best path is familiarity. This is not the time to introduce new dynamics into the daily operations. This tells me that business is booming There will be plenty of time to bring in fresh talent down the road. from the projections it looks like there will be lots of hiring coming but now is the time to have a team you know.
