and you really think that having this quite important and I would say material piece of information being posted/released to the public by you via a message board is the right thing to do for a company that has more than a hard time regaining trust from its shareholders? You think it's appropriate messures to have a poster post this info on a message board???

So, IF THIS IS TRUE(!) it will take another two weeks only to finalize the voting process!!!
I don't theirs a big rush to execute either of those items. The RS was being made available as a possible and likely option at the timing they decide, so they aren't running to do it ASAP, but when the time is right and it wont adversely effect us they will weigh their options. I also think the name and ticker change can wait until we get our financials completed. I'm glad they aren't doing things half assed and rushing to PR and 8K.
