I don't theirs a big rush to execute either of those items.
The RS was being made available as a possible and likely option at the timing they decide, so they aren't running to do it ASAP, but when the time is right and it wont adversely effect us they will weigh their options. I also think the name and ticker change can wait until we get our financials completed. I'm glad they aren't doing things half assed and rushing to PR and 8K.
