you need cash to buy inventory you need ash to have light heat and cooling in your office you need cash to develop new products you need cash to pay attorneys and accountants when there is some cash left over you use it to advertise
Dilution is GOOD it keeps the company operating - if they didnt sell shares they would cease operation.
A few million sold isn't affecting the share price especially as the shares the sell from the company do not hit the market for at least 6 month
As a share holder you are INVESTING in a company you are giving them cash to run their business. a development stage company needs cash do not thinks of this as a gamble/flip consider it an INVESTMENT in the future of pain relief. There are signs that the message is getting through to the medical authorities very very slowly.
