Jorge Lopehandia with a 5/0 Victory at the Supreme Court of Chile is great news for those wanting Barricks fraud with Pascua Lama to end.

The recent events in Chile court show Mr Lopehandia is a victim of Barricks illegal lawsuits and court abuse with the help of government agents. Why did the BCSC ignore all the evidence given to them showing the Chilean judicial order that prevents the Tesoro claims from being used in any act or contract as per C1912-2001? C-1912-2001 is a victory for Lopehandia with Barrick caught with the lie of duel testimonies in order try and lift the precautionary measure effecting the Tesoro claims to Pascua. The fraud and cover up by Barrick is larger then the BCSC, we all can't wait for the inevitable criminal charges against all those providing Barrick a helping hand over the last 17 years. In fact, Barricks fraud started in 1996, so Barrick has 21 years of failed attempts to mine Pascua with fraudulent claims. It really is amazing since Barrick has Billions of dollars vs Jorge Lopehandia and his Amarillo Sur Pascua claims.
