He is correct sir. If you take one penny and buy as many shares as you can at .0001 cents per share; then you would have 100 shares of stock.

$.01 invested divided by $.0001 per share = 100 shares

1 cent is 1/100th of one dollar; not one cent.

Just try buying $.01 (one cent - also one penny) through your platform for investing, and you will see that you can only get 100 shares of this stock at $.0001. You will understand if you try. If not I would be holding one hell of a lot more shares.

Your error is saying that .01 is 1/100th of a cent, not a penny... $.01 is one penny or a single cent) it is 1/100th of one dollar ($1.00) sir.
