Hey they serve up some weird stuff in NYC and Tokyo but folks pay big $$$$ to eat it. If they got it rolling, fantastic! Another sub in the making!

snax he may have to work at S&L part time. That might explain hours. I have a chef friend that worked at 2 restaurants.
