I'm not asking for proof. Obviously word had to get out somehow to seek candidates. I was just saying I didn't see this information in a legal filing, and you confirmed that you received word through a mailing, not from seeing a legal filing.
A post here today shows that not all shareholders received this information, which doesn't surprise me.
