I'm "pretty sure" I got a letter about applying to be lead plaintiff and calling a lawyer about details. And, I'm "pretty sure" I was told I was too small (less than 50,000 shares)as they were looking only for people with 100,000 or more.
Don't ask for proof. I'm relying on a memory of a conversation that I filed in the delete bin five seconds after it was over.
