I was able to speak with Dr. O and was told it was his specialty maybe he just meant the foot.. He seemed real enough.. For patents They have six months to refile or petition then reapply.. Being optimistic... a patent lawyer extorting money for not following through on his application is how I see it... Sad world we live in... GLTA
