They have filed an NT 10Q for nearly all of their quarterly filings since the end of 2014. And every time the 10Q gets filed within the extended deadline.
Many companies do this all the time.
So unless, they were tight for money every single time previously, and then magically found the money within a few days, then that statement is wrong.
