To view someone else's deleted ad - perhaps craigslist customer service can help you out with that. They save all content, even if the account that placed the content has been closed or "deleted"...Websites consider everything to be their property once it's been included on their site.
Nothing ever completely disappears from the internet, it's stored on some server somewhere...finding it is the issue...and/or un-encrypting it. (Are Hillery's e-mails really gone????)
