You should be able to enter your craigslist account page** ... all ads you ever placed should show up there.
You can view, reactivate and edit any current or older "Deleted" ads from that page.

** Assuming you created an account with craigslist before placing your ads...I have ads listed there from 2009.

Why would you want to see the ad again? It's gone because the seller deleted it, almost certainly because he sold it.

By the way, I tried the internet archive, to no avail.
