'Not planning" means nothing. When I go barhopping on Friday night I am "not planning" to wake up Saturday with a hangover. I'm not a basher, I'm long 4,500,000 shares. But "no desire for" and "not planning" are vague statements.
Nevertheless I see the upside potential as outweighing the risk.
