ACS owns only the key encryption patent and will have to pay $9 million by 2020 - and SFOR gets 15 - 20% of their sales until then. ACS doesn't and won't own OOB/2FA patents. That's what current SFOR lawsuits are all about. Why would SFOR battle in court for ACS patents? It wouldn't because OOB/2FA patents are solely SFOR patents.

Comparing all future settlements to what happened with Microsoft is disingenuous since SFOR was desperate when it settled with them. That won't be the case in the very near future.

There is so much misinformation (purposeful and otherwise) on this board.

Disagree with your suspicions. That "wording on paper" is a legally binding buyers and sellers agreement. ACS owes SFOR $9 million NLT 2021. That payment has yet to be reflected in the Qs.
