Not true. OTC can trade at any price. They won't delist this because of the volume. It has to do over 1 million a day. Thats why a stop was placed on this in the first place because the volume went sky high.
OTC Markets tells the steps they can take on delinquent companies including skull and crossbones, and halting. They'll quit listing info if the company goes completely dark. See EVRN for example. Caveat Emptor
