So if it goes below a certain price they delist the stock and it is no longer able to be traded? I've never heard that.

I'm pretty sure as long as they are in business it's still able to be traded thus making it whatever the opposite of over is or "not over." This is a business bro, business take years to grow and develop. Maybe this particular run will be over but I promise you they are not going to shut down business operations if the stock doesnt bounce. In fact the lower the pps goes the more motivated they will become and the harder they will work.
