Of course all PPS estimates are purely speculation, an educated guess based on the math. Wasn't aware PEG applies to higher tier listings either. Although with accelerated buying pressure the momentum should carry this into the the 4's 5's (penny's) first run.
I believe once fins do get issued, if we're not over .015 or .02 we will gap up significantly, assuming positive pixel fins and migme deal will add momentum
