Most senators don't propose crazy shit like drawing $10 billion on bailout funds when the company doesn't need to and flatly ignore the broader context very obviously for their own financial benefit. Scumbag move and he got shut the F down. Which makes me think that Mnuchin had to have been directing Watt to go that way... though that's still not as clear as it needs to be.
