Problem is that management knows what they have and don't want to let go. George did the right thing when he realized he was over his head as the CEO and hired Kay. But Kay is not letting go. He should stay as a chairman and place someone more aggressive as CEO.

Aggravating. Like watching a Ferrari an inch off the ground with the wheels spinning. When is the rubber going to meet the road?
