That is 100% false. The articles of incopeation wouldn't show and consolidation between the parent and sub company. Those would be showed in filings with the otc. They also can adjust the authorized shares to reflect 2 billion at any point and has absolutely zero affect on whether or not they are able to consolidate the companies.

Actually when this awesome PGPM opportunity unfolds with filings hitting the street on Monday, PGPM stock price will sky rocket! All IMO

Nice chatter while the markets are closed..drives up the posts..PGPM obviously has more things than the meets the eye unfolding..But i can tell you one thing .. that is the PPS is going to fly :-).. maybe i will put in some DD if i have some time..Meanwhile its good to load and lock..and its not good to be on the other side of the fence.. oh yea..;-)
