That is 100% false. The articles of incopeation wouldn't show and consolidation between the parent and sub company. Those would be showed in filings with the otc. They also can adjust the authorized shares to reflect 2 billion at any point and has absolutely zero affect on whether or not they are able to consolidate the companies.

"Moreover, if there was a real consolidation between Parent & Sub, that information would have been disclosed in the Articles of Incorporation filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State (SOS) office. "
