Bigworld, We can add political turmoil to that list. It looks like Comey may be out for revenge against Trump for being fired (see below). This is reminiscent of 'Deep Throat' (Mark Felt) in the Watergate scandal, who was out for revenge against Nixon for being passed over as FBI Director. Interesting how a pissed off FBI official can bring down a President -

James Comey is willing to speak to Congress following his sudden dismissal as head of the FBI earlier this week, but he wants the testimony to be public, according to a new report.

Comey declined an invitation to speak to the Senate Intelligence Committee in a closed door session next week.

However, The New York Times reports that a source says Comey is willing to speak if it's a public hearing.

Comey was the face of the FBI throughout the investigation into Russia's interference in the 2016 presidential election and alleged coordination with President Trump's campaign. He was fired by Trump on Tuesday in a surprise move that sparked criticism and confusion throughout Washington.

"He was not doing a good job," Trump said Wednesday when asked why he fired Comey. "Very simply, he was not doing a good job."

If he testifies, Comey is likely to face questions from the committee about both the Russia probe and the timing of his unexpected removal from the office.

Bigworld, That big ransomware attack looks fishy to me since it apparently exploits a vulnerability in the Windows operating system associated with the NSA. We know the large tech companies like Microsoft and Google work closely with the NSA to give the Deep State access to everything we do online. And right on cue, the Deep State's limited hangout operative Ed Snowden chimes in with an 'I told you so'.

Many have predicted a staged cyber 9-11, or series of events, to justify ending the unfettered access to information that we've enjoyed all these years. So this event could be along those lines, or maybe not, but the NSA connection is definitely suspicious -
