1- financials updates as anticipated
2- capital injection
3- no sign of dilution
4- no conversion notes or at least restricted ones if any .
5- debts reduced or done .

We should not overreact if we see the below :

1- increase of AS because we all know that it had been done 3B increase on May 4th.

2- little or no income.
