I talked to Jacob,he said for sure current this week. That includes the first Q for 2017. This is a huge step for RDAR any pr he releases after will hold more weight once he's current and stop sign is off.
He's trying to get shareholder value up, most otc ceos don't bother releasing any updates at all. He's actually very transparent in comparison.
