Sincerely curious: how does TA reckon the effects of tens of millions of shares converted from debt coming on to market priced at 65 percent of the average market low price?

If TA has been telling you to sell MAXD for the past year, then maybe you're doing it right!

I think it's nothing more than confirmation-bias voodoo on a low-volume, low-cap, hype-driven asset like MAXD. That's just my opinion.
