It looks like WIM sold out but WEIP did not? Is that right?

The stock price dropped from mid .30s to mid .20s about the time of the actual sale reported as end of March elsewhere. The "purchase" if it was one was recorded in January and would have been in the mid .30s while the "sale" may have been mostly in the mid .20s. The dollar amount, therefore, may have been the same. Looks like a rebalancing of risk within each fund using absolute dollar amounts creating overall loss of shares. We will know more soon enough. Best wishes.
