The co. still owes the note holders and don't have enough cash in the bank or from operations to pay them. The note holders will take over the co, or after running out of cash the co. will file BK and their technology will be sold to highest bidder. Shareholders again are screwed, but I have been warning people. Many more millions to hit market as we are heading to sub penny. .005-.009 by end of month.
They will need a shareholders vote on that too.... So i"ll take your information with 2 grains of salt and 1 grain of pepper (which is about what you can buy with one share of DCTH)
