expect 8K at close increasing AS to 3 billion. OS currently sits at 484 million shares and the transfer agent told me much more coming but shares cannot be released to market until articles of incorporation are modified increasing AS to 3 billion. AS is currently at 500,000 shares. I guess its better than a reverse split, yes ? Cheers !!!
