I think there is a chance we exceed 30% AVXL tute ownership when everything is totalled up on the 16th. And remember that is for the end of March. right now we should easily be over 30% given the number of people being paid to try to talk the AVXL stock down and keep a lid on the AVXL price as the Tutes accumulate. So ridiculous that they make them wait 45 days to report in the age of computers. Should take no more than 5 days. Also shorts should have to report their positions.
