If the 10k looked like a disclaimer to cover their ass it's because that is probably what it is. Any real proceeds here (if any) will go to nanobeak could make some money on trading emotions on the stock short term however. Jeramy (the CEO) and his partner were indicted on fraud charges from a previous ticker that we all remember and many lost lots of money in. He somehow avoided jail time but his partner didn't. I'm not bashing to get cheap shares or any other reason Just giving you a heads up
