1. Ropes and Gray is now onboard and leading the show...43-0 in IPR cases. Seven litigation cases are in progress and looming...Mark Kay said 'we expect revenues IN 2017 from our patent infringement cases now in progress'.

2. Large deals DONE through channel partners and 'meaningful revenues' in the second half of 2017 according to SFOR's 'State of the Company'.

3. Emerging technology and process that SFOR owns 100%.

4. PPS still less than 5 cents per share...a steal!

5. IPR can be dropped and Settlement occur any day...even tomorrow!!!
