Each Mod is allotted one stickie, there are 6 mods.

So to answer your question it can and should be stickied,
lots of pertinent info in her post.

Just have to have one of the 2 mods paste it up there.

Anyone of the Mods can let you know which ones have no
stickies and you can message them to have it posted.
