$2 or $3 SP is doable with the other requirements and knowing Lugee's drive and high level of Business acumen the timeline to getting relisted back to Nasdaq may but quicker if Lugee could find some loopholes, but the SP HAS to be at least $2-$3 at the minimum. We should be at that SP within 9 months with contracts. I am thinking earliest to NASDAQ would be 2019.
