The doors are already wide open as SFOR owns the MFA/OOBA '698 patent & working directly with PCI is just one of the known example of what is going on. Court is a different animal altogether and is for infringers which doesn't hold SFOR to go after OOBAaaS market or any market as evident from the webinar.
