Here the link to an SEC filing that mentions the original Greek patent issued in 1997. I don't know the length of the patent. Just because it was signed over to Anavex doesn't mean it was only for 20 years.

Regardless, barely bearish, the point was that an allowance has been issued for 2-73 plus and not issued yet...they do not have to PR it yet and the SEC will require a PR upon issuance.
