Yeah that's pretty much the way I look at it. Stuff happens when you are a nano cap with nano resources.

Basically, when I look at a smallcap or midcap outfit, I expect close to perfect execution of every liitle dot and stroke.

The fact that MYDX audited their financials - that is the story - that and the contents which were decent, even superlative in some ways.
