DL Team that statement just said that the Reverse Merger is/has been EXECUTED? This is because you just said that IBRC is your Subsidiary, I'm I not correct? So now you said you didn't see any Financials of IBRC, now that confuses me. If CBD became your property you should have seen the Financials and have the 13 million dollar deal. You are so confusing which is misleading the shareholders. They don't know if they should buy or sell because you flip flop have or have not. Also is Blue Voodoo Tech still in business and who owns that if Lay sold it? IMO you don't know how to do this or this is your plan?

Yes, we still own Purest CBD oil company. It is a subsidiary of Dreamlife. Never once did we say we weren't involved in the oil, that is speculation. When we are able to send out another press release with more details answering your questions, we will. We aren't too far from that day. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Have the financials for the merging entities been completed and updated as of yet? Secondly do you anticipate the merger terms and conditions, and all public infomation in full, will be available prior to the Memorial day Holiday weekend?

Since your statements yesterday, less than $4000 has passed through hands, from those wanting in on this stock, your initial PR was poorly written and did little to whet appetites. I hope rather than provide us with more pithy one liners this evening. You will announce a PR for tomorrow that has some meat to it, hopefully including some concrete promotional efforts, and a definitive date for merger completion. We don't even know the share structure, many of us think we might be better off selling now and buying back in after the news if we are going to get hurt by the share split. It's really time to either keep your word, or explain why, like the previous management team you are unable to..
