DL Team that statement just said that the Reverse Merger is/has been EXECUTED? This is because you just said that IBRC is your Subsidiary, I'm I not correct? So now you said you didn't see any Financials of IBRC, now that confuses me. If CBD became your property you should have seen the Financials and have the 13 million dollar deal.
