LOL - I have looked at this before - show the latest Contract Award date NOT fulfillment of delivery orders on 2011 contracts - when a contract is awarded, subsequent delivery orders are filled off that contract at future dates those individual orders are not contract awards themselves.
This company is just mopping up old contract awards - they haven't been awarded any new contracts in years and there is NO evidence they are bidding on new work.
