Hey Stuffit!!! I'm doing great. Real Estate, especially the larger, over 1,000 acre ranches have been great the last couple of years. The smaller tracts 150 acres or less have also been good but the ones in the middle have been the toughest to sell. People seem to either have some money or a whole lot of money. lol! I recently had 3 stents put in, which was unexpected. It just came on quick and they doctor said I was lucky we caught it. Anyway didn't renew my hub subscription because it all happened at the same time so I just renewed it and since I let it lapse for a few weeks I have lost the no ads feature with the paid subscription so I may not pay next time either. I haven't been trading a lot either, mostly holding stuff. Too busy and hope it stays that way.
