2) LITTLE to no drilling

3) NEVER kept current company records

4) REFUSED to give shareholders basic information on company

5) SOLD unregistered stock in SASK (and got caught)

6) DIVERTED money to his private company

7) LOANED company money to friends

8) FILED false SEC forms

9) SOLD 703 BILLION shares

10) TOOK the 5th in court

11) UC blames others for mismanagement

12) GOT the stock REVOKED

13) DECLARED the company broke, all operations in default and non operational
