This looks like a classic case of crooks running the asylum, only in America. There must be a gag order or something in the settlement if that's the case its BS, still long though in fact I might pick up some 5s that are available for storage.
I feel that John went public for reasons other than attracting penny stock investors but you do have a point Tommy...once he decided to go public...he really does have an obligation to share info with shareholders...like it or not.
