It's been over 6 months since the case was dropped or dismissed. A gag order lasting over 6 months? No, this is incompetence. The only excuse for not putting out any news is that he is overwhelmed with orders. If thats the case why wouldn't he want to share it with the world? We are 5 months into the year. We are 130 days into the year and he doesn't have 1 hour out of 130 days this year to put out an 8-K or any news? Or what about a 10-Q? He's not running Pulte Homes (PHM). He has time. He just chooses not to.
