I am not sure any earnings will be reported for Q1. For the life of me, I can't find any requirement from SEC that makes a publicly traded stock report earnings other than in their annual report. Further, since this isn't traded on a bid board this penny stock would not need to adhere to their regulations. Maybe somebody can send me the SEC requirement for quarterly reporting?
I believe Prof. Li mentioned that we would hear from him later in the year. Right?
