Maybe they are a bit ahead on the negotiations. Your post made me get in at 0.009, hoping it might mean an update soon.

Could it be risky if they post such a statement without being sure the companies using the technologies agree? Couldn't that be a false clane otherwise risking lawsuits in the future by investors if they don't 'win' or get to a agreement?

Any way, I'm in now. Let's hope for the best.
