WOW This is big news!! To clarify you said that the Chinese government manages registration of companies that business scope and size are beyond provincial level.

So this is actually a 2nd company for us not a new registration due to the fact that JB&ZJMY has grown to be beyond a provincial level?

The full name should be translated to: Jin Bo Zhong Ji Ming Yang Automobile Trading (Beijing) Company, Limited, with legal representative WANG Dequn, registered capital 5000,0000 RMB. This was a construction material company. Wang bought on March 29, 2017 and changed to current name. Its main business scope is car and car part sales.
