SportsToy,

you stated:

Bly03-The fundamental issue is why he waited until last minute before it was revoked and put everyone money to zero value?

Yes, I realize that it was a problem that he waited until the last minute to try to avoid the stock being revoked. My post was in response to another poster's question that I interpreted to be asking why Serge would intentionally have let the stock be revoked.

However, I would state that the real fundamental issue with this company (and therefore with this stock) is: why were they never able to sell an appreciable number of the dynovalves? If the performance was anywhere close to what the company led us to believe that it was, then they should have practically sold themselves. I figure that one of two things must be true:

1. They misled us, and the dynovalves did not work nearly as well as the company would like you to believe, or

2. They are totally incompetent businessmen who couldn't sell a good product, even with many years of trying.

And on the subject of being misled, the Flying Glob press release indicated that they had agreed to purchase a minimumum of 6 million units over 5 years, and there was also a $30 million licencing agreement that was independent of the number of units actually purchased. And the PR did not state that they were in negotiations, or that they were exploring possibilities, or any of the other weasel words that fill most of Savi's other PR's. This one stated that they had entered into an agreement. It appears that we were lied to.
